Board-certified physician Faisal Hamid, MD, brings nearly a decade of experience in preventive and internal medicine to FH Medical Care serving the men and women in Valley Stream, New York, and throughout Nassau County.
Dr. Hamid began his professional pursuits at St. Matthew’s University in West Bay, Cayman Islands, where he earned his Doctor of Medicine. Following graduation, Dr. Hamid moved to the United States and enrolled in an internal medicine internship at the Catholic Medical Centers of Brooklyn and Queens. He subsequently completed a residency in internal medicine at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in Richmond Hill, New York, and a fellowship in nephrology and hypertension at Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow, New York.
As a physician, Dr. Hamid works to provide high-quality, innovative, and integrative care to men and women of all ages, from young adults to senior citizens. Dr. Hamid’s patient-oriented approach and extensive knowledge, ensure each visitor feels understood and cared for.
In addition to serving at FH Medical Care, Dr. Hamid holds hospital privileges at Mercy Medical Center in Rockville Center, New York, and North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, New York.
